Leak Detection
We do not offer a refund on any leak detection performed. A waiver and an explanation of our “guaranty” ” was given before work was performed.
Locates
No refunds on line locates will be given as there is no way to guaranty we are able to find path of pipe.
Education Refunds
If the scheduled class cannot be attended and a substitute attendee cannot be found we will reschedule to the next available class. If notice is given within 10 days of class a refund of 95% will be given.
To resolve complaints by students for the education course students must file a complaint with 7 business days. All attempts to resolve the complaint will be made via email: [email protected]. If the complaint cannot be resolved, a 95% refund will be granted.
